This supplement was made famous by the notorious Dr. Oz because there was an animal study that showed that it helped reduce food intake. Turns out that when tested in humans it doesn't help. In fact all it does appear to try to to  is increase your risk of herb induced liver failure, as is shown in four different recent case studies here of women who had been taking gamboge tree extract for weight loss. The idea that folks wanna eat something that will help make them eat less is ironic, but there you go. Such is that the desire to reduce , and appetite suppressants are a really popular product. But the truth is that only a few products or food compounds help reduce your appetite. If they are doing they could be statistically significant. In other words, the researchers might do some math  and find a difference, but they are not clinically significant. They're not biologically significant. You won't actually be ready to see the difference and it won't have an impact on your health. Caffeine is assumed to possess  mild appetite suppressing effects, so coffee is sweet . Phew.

 But if you increase your coffee intake and your coffee contains milk or cream or sugar or, God forbid, butter, then those extra calories are gonna negate any of the load loss benefits from having coffee. Oh and gamboge tree , it's rubbish. It doesn't work. Don't buy it.
